Whole Foods Sued For Documents In Calif. Pesticide Probe

Law360, Chicago (September 13, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Whole Foods Market Inc. was taken to task last week, when California's pesticides regulator filed suit to force the grocery chain to cooperate with an investigation into four nonfood products that are sold at the company’s stores and allegedly contain pesticides.
