Law360, Dallas (September 13, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Energy Transfer Partners LP on Thursday streamlined claims from its $3 billion suit against Enterprise Products Partners LP and Enbridge USA Inc. over a scuttled oil pipeline joint venture, as the companies prepare for a three-week trial in Texas state court set to launch next week.
