NJ Gov Taps Fed. Prosecutor For Key Law Enforcement Post

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on Thursday announced plans to nominate a federal prosecutor who has helped crack down on insider trading and hacking schemes to serve as the chief law enforcement officer for the state's most populous county.

If approved by the state Senate, Gurbir Grewal would replace John Molinelli as Bergen County prosecutor. Molinelli has held the post since May 2002, following his nomination by former Gov.
