US Atty Aims To Intervene In $115M Philly Sheriff Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 9:08 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia County judge on Wednesday said he would consider a motion by the U.S. Attorney’s Office to intervene in and stay under seal a civil suit brought by the city against contractors accused of using no-bid contracts to rob the sheriff’s office of more than $115 million.
