Hyundai Asks High Court To Overturn $11.6M Patent Ruling

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Hyundai Motor America Inc. asked the Supreme Court this month to overturn an $11.6 million patent infringement verdict on sales technology that matches customers with vehicles, arguing the lower courts wrongly applied an elevated evidence standard that prevented an invalid-patent finding.
