Law360, Wilmington (September 16, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee's Office urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday to appoint an examiner for hog producer AgFeed Industries Inc., citing the need to learn more about the state of its Chinese operations and the $70 million those units received.
