Catholic Health Strikes $220M Deal To End Affiliation Fight

Law360, Houston (September 16, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- An affiliate of Houston-based St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital struck a $220 million deal Friday that ends litigation over its collaborative agreement with the hospital, which had posed a potential threat to Catholic Health Initiatives' $2 billion acquisition of the system.
