Bell Helicopter Asks DC Circ. To Revive $23M Iran Award

Law360, Washington (September 16, 2013, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. urged a D.C. Circuit panel Monday to revive a $22.5 million award against the government of Iran for infringing on its trade dress, saying Iran isn't immune to the case and waited too long to challenge Bell's claims.
