Warner Chilcott Sued Over Loestrin Pay-For-Delay Scheme

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 8:43 PM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical giant Warner Chilcott PLC was hit with a putative class action Monday in Pennsylvania federal court alleging it unfairly raised the price of its oral contraceptive Loestrin and stifled competition by paying generic-drug makers Actavis Inc. and Lupin Ltd. to drop their patent challenges.
