Spain Fines Foam Cos. $11.8M For Price-Fixing Plot

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Spain's antitrust watchdog on Tuesday fined the country's two main elastomeric foam makers, Armacell Iberia SA and L'Isolante K-Flex SRL, more than €8.8 million ($11.8 million) for fixing prices and market shares for more than a decade.
