Biz Groups Hit Back At DOL In Challenge To H-2B Visa Rules

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 2:15 PM EDT) -- The landscaping company and business groups challenging the U.S. Department of Labor's rules governing the H-2B visa program for unskilled workers urged a Florida federal court on Monday to reject the agency's argument that they lack standing to pursue their claims.
