Vegas TV Lawyer Faces Misconduct Claims In Gulf Spill MDL

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A Las Vegas personal injury lawyer well known for his television commercials has been cited for misconduct by the judge overseeing the Deepwater Horizon oil spill multidistrict litigation and asked the court Monday for extra time to explain why he shouldn't be prevented from representing claimants.
