DC Beats Bid To Revive Decade-Long Whistleblower Case

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 3:00 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday declined to revive a False Claims Act suit brought more than 10 years ago against the District of Columbia alleging violations of federal contracting regulations, ruling that the former municipal technology employee who filed the suit failed to prove she was fired out of retaliation.
