FTC Seeks Input On Potential COPPA Safe-Harbor Program

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 9:59 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission said Monday that it was seeking public input on whether to allow the kidSAFE Seal Program to become the sixth safe-harbor provider under the commission's recently revised online privacy rule for children.
