Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Chevron Corp.’s New York racketeering suit over a $19 billion pollution judgment on Tuesday rejected defendant Steven Donziger’s bid to force the company to decide whether it will drop monetary damages against him and pursue a bench trial.
