Corzine Scheme Led To MF Global's Downfall, Trustee Says

Law360, Los Angeles (September 17, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- MF Global Holdings Ltd. bankruptcy trustee Nader Tavakoli on Monday filed an amended lawsuit accusing the brokerage firm's former CEO, Jon Corzine, and two other executives of masterminding a scheme to inflate MF Global's stock price through a dodgy trading trading strategy that ultimately caused the company's downfall.
