Law360, Wilmington (September 17, 2013, 10:05 PM EDT) -- The founder of a well known Delaware pizza chain filed a malpractice suit against three Duane Morris LLP attorneys, alleging they botched his chance to sue a retired federal judge he believes exploited him over a decades-long relationship to make money at his expense in several real estate deals.
