Philly Official Sues Over Daughter's Death In Collapse

Law360, Philadelphia (September 18, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- A top Philadelphia official is behind the latest suit filed in the aftermath of June’s tragic building collapse that killed six and injured 13, as city Treasurer Nancy Winkler and her husband John Bryan on Tuesday filed a complaint on behalf of their deceased daughter.
