Watchdog Accuses Ex-Hoboken Mayor Of Campaign Violations

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A former Hoboken, N.J., mayor who admitted to accepting illicit cash contributions now faces a 15-count complaint from an election watchdog, which on Wednesday alleged a slew of campaign finance violations, some of which hinge on the money that he took from infamous government witness Solomon Dwek.
