Ford Contests Tariffs On Transit Connect Vehicles

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. lodged a suit Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, alleging that U.S. Customs and Border Protection incorrectly classified certain Transit Connect vans as vehicles meant to transport goods.
