Madison Realty Capital Closes $350M Debt Fund

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Madison Realty Capital has closed a $350.4 million fund to invest in commercial mortgages, with a focus on middle-market loans, the private equity firm announced Wednesday.

The Sullivan Debt Fund LP beat its $300 million target, tapping a broad investor base of sovereign wealth funds, corporate and public pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, real estate funds of funds, and family wealth offices, New York-based Madison Realty said in a statement.
