Feds ID Alleged Co-Conspirators In SAC Insider Trading Row

Law360, Los Angeles (September 18, 2013, 10:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government Wednesday named more than a dozen alleged co-conspirators in SAC Capital Advisors LP executive Michael Steinberg's insider trading case and identified stocks for which they are accused of having nonpublic information, ahead of Steinberg's November criminal trial.

One of the alleged co-conspirators named in the partially redacted filing was Jon Horvath, from whom Steinberg allegedly got his tips and is expected to be the key witness against Steinberg. Horvath previously pled guilty to insider training in related litigation, which has yielded several convictions....
