Law360, Dallas (September 19, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The Texas Attorney General’s office on Wednesday sued Dallas-area solar panel manufacturer 1SolTech Inc. in state court for alleged deceptive trade practices, claiming the company is wrongly claiming its products are made in the U.S. when they are actually imported from China.
