DOL Should Scrap Persuader Rule, House Panel Told

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- The National Small Business Association's general counsel told lawmakers on Thursday that the U.S. Department of Labor should withdraw its proposed rule narrowing the advice exemption to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, saying it will impose more significant costs than the agency claims.
