EPA Rolls Out 1st Ever Uniform Power Plant Emission Limits

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 11:18 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency unveiled long-awaited coal emission regulations Friday as part of the Obama administration's climate action plan — dubbed the “war on coal” by detractors — outlining the first ever uniform national limits on carbon pollution by new power plants.
