Two Ex-Fujikura Execs Indicted On Price-Fixing Charges

Law360, Los Angeles (September 19, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A federal grand jury in Michigan on Thursday indicted two former Fujikura Ltd. executives on charges that they participated in a conspiracy to fix prices of automotive components sold to Subaru, a little more than a year after Fujikura pled guilty to a felony charge and paid a $20 million fine in a case stemming from the purported conspiracy.
