Liberty Mutual Must Cover FEMA Fire Claims, 5th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Westchester Fire Insurance Co. told the Fifth Circuit on Thursday that it isn’t liable for covering claims from a deadly fire that broke out in a Federal Emergency Management Agency temporary housing trailer after Hurricane Katrina, saying liability falls on the insurer for the subcontractor.
