Texas High Court Nixes Challenge To Water Permit Grant

Law360, Dallas (September 20, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday held that interest group Bosque River Coalition can't force the state environmental agency to hold a hearing on its challenge to an amended water quality permit, even though the group claims it would be affected by potential pollution controlled by the permit.
