USTR Defends $1B Canada Lumber Deal At Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 1:46 PM EDT) -- The top U.S. trade negotiator on Friday defended a $1 billion cross-border settlement with Canada, urging the Federal Circuit to reject the latest appeal brought by a group of American lumber companies who claim they were unfairly cut out of the deal.
