Risperdal Marketing Appeals Dropped In Pa. Appeals Court

Law360, Philadelphia (September 23, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in four bellwether cases seeking to hold marketing firm Excerpta Medica Inc. liable for allegedly assisting Johnson & Johnson to push the antipsychotic drug Risperdal for off-label use in children opted last Monday to withdraw a series of appeals they’d launched in Pennsylvania Superior Court.
