Law360, San Francisco (September 23, 2013, 8:48 PM EDT) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Richard Bai attended secret meetings in Taiwan with competitors and ordered his subordinates to fix prices in liquid-crystal display panels at those meetings, federal prosecutors told a California federal jury Monday during opening statements in Bai's trial on antitrust charges.
