WellCare Faces Class Cert. Bid In Junk Fax Suit

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a proposed class action accusing WellCare Health Plans Inc. of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending junk faxes asked a Florida federal judge Monday to certify a class in the case.
