Calif. Court Revives Discrimination Suit Over Waste Project

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 7:52 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday partially revived a discrimination lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles over its approval of a waste facility project in a predominantly Latino area, saying a lower court was wrong to toss environmental law claims over a procedural delay.
