9th Circ. Sides With Wash. In Angioplasty Antitrust Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (September 23, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday affirmed a district court’s dismissal of Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital's suit challenging allegedly anti-competitive Washington state restrictions on the number of hospitals that can perform elective angioplasties, holding that the regulations didn't violate a dormant commerce clause.
