Chrysler Files For IPO As Fiat, Union Spar Over Shares

Law360, Los Angeles (September 23, 2013, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Chrysler Group LLC on Monday filed its registration statement for a proposed initial public offering of common shares worth up to $100 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
