Entergy Asks Texas To Reconsider $1.8B ITC Merger Deal

Law360, Washington (September 24, 2013, 2:36 PM EDT) -- Entergy Corp. on Tuesday announced it had refiled an application with Texas’s utility regulator for approval of a plan to transfer transmission lines to ITC Holdings Corp. as part of a proposed $1.78 billion merger, saying it had added a rate adjustment plan for customers after earlier opposition to the deal.
