ITC Moves To Mediate Motorola-Microsoft Import Ban Dispute

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday told a Washington federal judge that it has jurisdiction to settle a dispute about the enforcement of an order it issued banning the import of certain Motorola Inc. mobile devices that infringe patents held by Microsoft Corp.
