EEOC Slaps Mattress Retail Chain With Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced an age discrimination lawsuit against a mattress retail chain on Tuesday, accusing the company of forcing out a class of older workers after it acquired a Las Vegas area mattress chain.
