Halliburton Wants $256M Tax Suit Against KBR Revived

Law360, Houston (September 24, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- Halliburton Co. asked a Texas state court Monday to throw out an arbitration panel’s decision to nix its claim for $256 million the oilfield services giant says it overpaid in taxes to KBR Inc. with respect to the companies’ 2007 split.
