Law360, Dallas (September 25, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The 47 percent owner of ARGO Data Resources Corp. on Monday told the Texas Supreme Court it should reinstate a trial judge’s order that the company pay out an $85 million dividend after a jury found it had engaged in a series of minority shareholder oppression tactics.
