Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Tuesday that Trenton's Board of Education has no obligation to indemnify a former elementary school security guard indicted for inappropriate sexual conduct with students for his legal defense costs in a student's civil suit.
