Ex-Tyco Exec Accused Of Poaching Employees For Actuant

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Valve manufacturer Pentair Valves & Controls US LP has accused a former executive in New Jersey court of poaching two workers for her new employer, violating a nonsolicitation agreement and forfeiting the compensation she received under the deal.
