Fla. Developers Sue For Coverage Of $5M Condo Defect Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Developers Cypress Naples Ltd. and Parkland Naples LLC launched suit Thursday in Florida federal court seeking coverage from Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co. for an underlying suit alleging their Naples, Fla. condominium is rife with $4.5 million worth of construction defects.
