Law360, Washington (September 24, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Ardagh Group SA won't be able to submit evidence about a new proposal to restructure its $1.7 billion bid for the North American packaging unit of France's Saint-Gobain SA at an upcoming hearing in the Federal Trade Commission's bid to block the deal, a Washington federal judge said Tuesday, as the agency attacked the proposal as "gamesmanship."
