Volkswagen Workers Take UAW Complaints To NLRB

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Volkswagen AG workers filed National Labor Relations Board charges Wednesday claiming that misrepresentations and coercion were part of the United Auto Workers' campaign to organize Volkswagen employees in Tennessee, the National Right To Work Legal Defense Foundation said.

The foundation, a nonprofit that bills itself as helping workers fight “compulsory unionism abuses,” said that eight Volkswagen workers has lodged charges with the NLRB's regional office in Atlanta with free legal help from NRTW staff lawyers.
