Britain Takes Aim At EU Banker Bonus Limits

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 4:07 PM EDT) -- British financial regulators have taken aim at European Union rules planned to take effect next year that would limit banker bonuses to one year's base pay, arguing that such rules would only end up increasing base pay, the U.K.'s finance ministry said Wednesday.
