Contractor Wins 2nd Shot At $4M Army Corps Project

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A multimillion-dollar bid for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction contract given to the wrong contractor thanks to a clerical oversight will be reconsidered, a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge ruled in an opinion unsealed Wednesday.
