Kerry Inks UN Arms Treaty Despite Gun Lobby Opposition

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday signed on to a United Nations treaty aimed at curbing illicit arms trade despite heavy opposition from the National Rifle Association, which slammed the treaty as a violation of Second Amendment rights.
