DOJ Won't Hesitate To Undo Done Deals, Antitrust Chief Says

Law360, Washington (September 25, 2013, 7:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division head said on Wednesday that the agency is committed to securing effective resolutions to antitrust concerns, and won't shy away from "unscrambling the eggs" of a consummated merger or other novel approaches that could deter future anti-competitive activity.
