Ex-WilmerHale Atty Among Latest Federal Court Nominees

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2013, 9:33 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama on Wednesday announced two nominees to fill federal judge vacancies in Maryland, including a former WilmerHale partner and a chief deputy state's attorney, following two nominations Tuesday to fill vacancies in Massachusetts.

One of the Maryland nominees is Theodore David Chuang, who currently serves as Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Chuang previously worked as chief investigative counsel on two House of Representatives Committees and from 2004 to 2007 as a partner at WilmerHale.
